Starlight currently sells and markets its products and business opportunity only in the United States. From time to time Starlight International may collect data from you such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, comments and the like. Starlight International will use reasonable efforts to delete your personal information from its existing files. Most importantly, at no time will Starlight International sell, rent, or give any of your personal information to any third party. There are only three exceptions to this rule. One is if you voluntarily ask to be contacted by one of Starlight International's Independent Distributors. The second is if you are a Starlight Independent Distributor, Starlight may provide your personal information to certain service providers who offer services for the benefit of Starlight Independent Distributors (For example - long distance telephone, credit card and printing services). The third is if you voluntarily choose to utilize the "bookmark and share" feature on our website, any information you submit will be subject to the privacy policy of the service provide - AddThis.

Children

Starlight International does not intend to collect any personal information (name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number) from anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian of a child who has provided Starlight International with such information discovers that their child has provided such information they should contact Starlight International at the phone number listed at the bottom of this privacy statement and Starlight International will use reasonable efforts to delete the child's personal information from its existing files.

To efficiently operate its Web Site, Starlight International may collect certain technical information automatically when you visit Starlight International's Web Site. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies.

Typographical or Pricing Errors

While Starlight strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Starlight cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Starlight shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Starlight may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
